Who does Hilary Duff play in this movie?

On Hilary Duff's website it says that she is in this movie. She is not listed in the cast on IMDB, but her sister is however. If anyone has seen it, let me know.

She's just an extra that stands next to Tina Majorino, who recently was in Napoleon Dynamite with Haylie Duff.

Haylie Duff was in not Hilary Duff
