I WILL SOON HAVE COPIES

swear to God, y'all. right now i work at a TV station, and the next time my mom comes to visit me she'll bring the vids. i'll hand them off to my sweet and lovely master control people who will dub them to dvc. from there i'll edit it myself (the nice canadian girl taped a lot of commercials...ah well)...and once i have the digital stuff, which i'll stick on my portable hard drive, i'll be able to burn copies off my home computer.
G-D, it pays to be a comm nerd.
so yeah, people, this IS about to happen. and i am MORE MORE MORE than willing to send these to people once i have them in my hands. i don't really need that much for buckies; at least shipping, however much that would be, and perhaps a buck or two more for copying?
seriously, i'm all about the sharing this stuff. so i will keep you up to date on my progress. my mom should be up next monday, which means i'll probably hand off the vhs tapes on wednesday morning when i'll work next, then edit on the weekend i think. which means by a good estimate i'd say i'd be ready to ship the first week of march.

i already have the teen angel series on dvd, all 17 episodes in chronological order, with nice menus and episode selection, no commercials.

i can give copies to anyone who wants the series...

sad failzor for me. unfortunatley the station's equipment was unable to make a decent copy for my tapes. ARGH. so i currently have nothing to show for my hours of attempting to work this crap. argh argh argh.
i have since taken another job, so i haven't a lot of time. hopefully at some point i'll buy/rent a converter of my own and try it again, hoping it works. ARGH. i'm so so sorry, guys. :(

When you do, will you have the "Marty Buys the Farm" pilot episode? I have the other 16 episodes already, and ABC didn't rerun it in the summer of 1998 when they repeated all the other episodes (out of chronological order).

Please let me know when you're able again. Thanks.

i definitely have them all. got them from a nice canadian who taped them off a channel that still showed them there a few years ago.
no clue when i'll have these copies made...*sigh* am currently too poor to afford a converter...but i still want to make this happen at some point.

Hi folks...it's been a long time coming, but since i'm going through another bout of unemployment i have time on my hands...converted these to dvd last summer, ripped them to digi a few months ago...and i am NOW posting episodes on youtube (figured might as well spread it around and all.) the quality is terrible, i'm so very sorry about that. but they are there!
