I can't find much about it's cancellation. Why would HBO cancel this show when it was supposedly doing so well. It was even nominated for and won em a *beep* Emmy, so why in the goddamn hell would they cancel this?
Torture is a complementary procedure.
I watched this on HBO back when it originally aired. Problems I remember were only 6 episodes per season with a long delay either between new episodes or seasons and having trouble finding when it was on like they kept moving it around the schedule.
