where Tasha gets knocked up and has a baby? Am i thinking of a different show?

You must have been thinking of another show. There is an episode where she pretends to be pregnant with Mo so TJ can break into a file room at an adoption agency to find out who Mo's parents are.

I'm old enough to know better but too young to care.

But I do remember an episode where Ivette gets a boob job...

and then uses them to talk her way out of a speeding ticket...

she didn't actually get a boob job. she put in falsies to see how they would look.
