What happened to the Disney Channey? It was soooo very good...at one time. But now that they have all these childish cartoons and pointless shows, there's nothing left. Now, not only are they not bringing back the good shows but they are bringing even more bad ones [Like Natually stupid Sadey (actually called Naturally Sadie)]. I just wish that they could come to their senses and show better movies and air better shows if their not going to bring the old ones back. I can deal with the fact that they took Jett Jackson away and the Jersey, I can even deal with the fact that they took So weird away....but the fact that they took Smart Guy away really cuts deep. Given that I don't hate Disney Channel as much as I should, I still watch an hour of Sister Sister and Thats So Raven. I used to watch Even Stevens as well, but I don't even know if that's on anymore or maybe I miss it trying to avoid the other worthless shows on there. I just want the Disney Channel to know that they have lost one dedicated viewer because of their lack of judgement...there is only so much I can take. Does anyone else agree with me???

Yeah I know!I havent even watched disney in almost a year.They used to have some really good shows to watch.I think the downfall of disney was Lizzie Mcguire.If they put the old shows back on im sure they would gain a lot more viewers

totally! the only good shows are that's so raven, lizzie mcguire, even stevens, boy meets world and the other ones. well, lizzie mcguire reached its 65 episode limit, but come on, bring even stevens back! too many kiddie shows.

I miss the old Disney channel that showed old Disney cartoons, good non-Disney shows and real Disney movies. Now they've basically sold out to the teeney booper craze and rarely show anything that's actually realted to Disney

Well, Hilary Duff(whom I strongly dislike at the moment.... hate is such a strong word) demanded more money out of the show(as if she wasn't frickin rich enough!?) as well as her mom(at least from what I heard) and LaLaine(Miranda) was probably working on her album. The cast was growing up A LOT too... I guess the writers were a)too lazy to write anymore or do anything about it in genereal or b) there was just nothing left to write

We are very lucky with the Family Channel ( Canada) I must say- We really do get the best of both worlds! We have new stuff such as Phil of the Future, Raven, Zoey 101,Ned's Declassifed School Survival Guide and some new stuff that I am not too fond of such as Darcy's Wild Life and Naturally Sadie. Yet we still have some older shows such as Boy Meets World, Brotherly Love, Smart Guy, In a Heartbeat, Are you afraid of the dark? and my personal favorite, My So Called Life!.. I was happy to see the cancellation of Amanda Show, Teen Angel and You Wish (these were ok, but family channel had overkill with the repeats) I wouldn't mind if there was some way to see Suite Life of Zack and Cody... just to see if it's good with some actual clever writing or just some sugar coated disney worthless turn of a show.. Don't get me wrong.. I love Disney... Some things are ingenious, Walt Disney was one of the greatest americans in history..... but other things are terrible. I wish they'd bring back PB and J Otter lol!

Disney channel is so freakin dum now! i hate it with all my heart. i miss watchin smart guy cuz i loved marcus and mo,cuz there so hilarious. and i miss even stevens! and i dont know if yall remember this movie,its called "wish apon a star" ya well it was good and they dont show it at all anymore. now they show sister sister wich is so freakin annoyin,and phil of the future which the only reason i watch it is cuz phil is so sexy, but its not funny at all. and like all the shows are like....i dunno i cant explain it like to colorful and the girls are like to girly. i dunno, u guys probly think im retarded and dont even get what im tryin to say but disney channel sux now!

Everybody, lets stop whining and remincing about the "Good Ole Days" and try and get them back. I know I never posted here but lte start bombarding Disney with Letters and petions and say nobodys watching the crap their dishing out. Who's with me? If we get enough letters onto them maybe theyw ill come back to thier sences.

OMG I LOVED wish upon a star!! that was SUCH a good movie. God, i miss the old disney channel so much. smart guy was my favorite show ever. i'm really sad it's gone.. i've seen every episode but hey, i can deal with re-runs and i'm sure everyone else can too... these new shows suck big time, except for raven. ; )

Now, in my opinion, I loved the old Disney Channel, and I love the new Disney Channel as well. I just wish they would do something like Nickelodeon did with their old cartoons. The got new cartoons on the regular Nick channels, and put the older stuff on Nicktoons. That's where I get my fix of shows like Ren and Stimpy and stuff. I think they should so something like that, with all the old shows we know and love, so we don't keep complaining, and they don't have to cut anything and have more people protest and get angry with them, which would cause the whole system to collapse, and then our ideas of putting them back on Disney Channel or making a seperate channel for them would collapse, and no one would be able to watch them.
((Sorry I'm ranting.))
Anyway, I do think they should do something like Nicktoons, except it's Disney Channel old stuff, and the channel isn't called Nicktoons at all.
