Risque?

I remember watching this show growing up. And it was a darn good show. Now looking back on it, there was some suggestive content for children, smoking and drinking for one. Nowadays, you couldn't put any of that in a children's show. I think that is what made this show so great. They really did put you in a high school atmosphere. Things weren't perfect in stupid movies like High School Musical. Now Disney and Nick have no good shows. They both used to be good, but Disney was always better until it started to go downhill. Do you think some of the themes in the show makes it such a great show?

They also had one where TJ and Brandy were sexually solicited when they were tricked into this "bootleg game designer's" basement. Yeah, I know..... creepin'.

reply

That wasn't Brandy that was a different girl...

Anyway, I don't think this show was meant to be exclusively a children's show but more of a family show. But compared to today's shows it is definetly suggestive.

I agree with the other posters. It was more of a family show, not a children's show, since it was on the WB, not Disney or Nick.

yea more of a famiily show. but i think it was good to talk about some of things that were talked about on this show. i mean america tries to not put alot of things on tv when lots of kids start smoking and drinking in like the freakin middle school. some shows just depict life for what it really is and some shows not so much.
