All i remember about this was that there was a team of scientists who were able to go into people's dream to help them or something. They were helping a guy who was terrorised in his dreams by Bag Man. That was a cool episode. I wish i taped it cuz i don't remember much else.
Yea this was a great show, totally blows away some of the sh** that's on TV now. You can buy phases 1-6 on Amazon.de no matter where you're located. I'm in the U.S. and I highly reccommend the series its awesome! On amazon.de its listed as "The sleepwalker project"
Despite the limited production values, I really liked Sleepwalker's concept, and was major pissed when NBC cancelled it after just two episodes. Looking back, I can't believe that was it was none other than THE gorgeous (pre-famous) Naomi Watts on that show. I think Sleepwalkers is worth being recycled into a major Hollywood movie. Who knows, now that Naomi is an A-list Hollywood star, she could reprise her role. Things coming full circle and all that.
I agree. The show was "cool" and very unique. Rarely do I attempt to write a network and/or call them about a show being cancelled (most shows are not worth the effort), but this time I called the network and actually spoke to someone fairly high up who was brave enough to tell me that the show was not given a chance because "some people in high places didn't like it and some of the people associated with it's production"(I was afraid to ask who). I also wrote a letter to the (then) head of NBC. I never got a response. What a surprise--
