Hahahaha... this movie is SO bad! But it was definately amusing. I just finished watching it; it was worth watching once, just to see how corny it is (and it is that)!
Not to mention David A. is still really cute. :D
Bad doesn't begin to describe it. But, you're right, it's bad in a beautiful way. This was made in 1998? I guess Famke had spent all her GoldenEye money and X-Men was a couple of years away. This movie is so cheesy that I often tell people that it, and Hell Comes to Frogtown, are the greatest movies of all time.
shareEven in retrospect, it's almost funny enough to watch again! Then again, you really have seen no bad movie until you have seen Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings. *laughs*
(If you don't believe me, just go find it in the $5 dollar wal-mart bin! The first time I watched, it was torture. About a month ago I tried to put it in, to see if it was as bad as I remembered and I didn't get 20 minutes into the movie! I recently discovered that a lot of it was actually filmed in a small town that is used for a Ren faire somewhere on the east coast...it's as if it was filmed with a *beep* camcorder, the lighting is bad, the voices don't match the lip movements...the only near-talented thing was the makeup, and even that was scary. Anyway, even my friends (who adore and buy bad movies) couldn't get past 20-30 minutes of it... on their first watch! So really, any movie is better to me and is probably worth watching again someday if it's not Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings.)
I thought this was a pretty good movie, better than a lot of the trash we see these days.

Its like one of the worst films ever, i gave him 3 coz of three things.
First is the tunel scene,, dont relly know how to comment it
The second is the shooting scene near the end when one of the guys while shoting makes this acrobation,, i just couldnt stop laughing..
And third is the 'belgian' inspector. (oo georgi)
Worst accting ever, its kind a good koz its no way serious movie.
Good enough flick if you like cars. Gals are good looking. Violence is mild.
sharethis movie is awesome!! it's not a film that can be taken seriously, but it's still a lot of fun! The dialogue is really cheesey, so are some of the stunts, but I think it's still a lot of fun to watch! I totally didn't see it being made in the late 90's!! I always figured it was an 80's movie based on the poor film quality, but that adds to its beautiful cheesiness! =)
I'm not that big a fan of David Arquette, but I like him in this movie for sure!!
