Alternate idea

Here's a thought. A big part of Turbo's problems is that the Sentai version, Carranger, was a parody of the Super Sentai formula, and was not a serious take. Maybe instead, Saban should have skipped Carranger, and backtracked to do Jetman instead. It hadn't been that long, so the footage quality would still match up. And Jetman is considered one of the best Super Sentai shows, so it could've made for a great Power Rangers show as well.
