I'm pretty sure he's the most popular character...but by Season 2 he is making the show unwatchable to me. I've been meaning to binge watch for years...but he ruins that.

I can't see Adebisi was the most popular character. I think he would have been beat out by Beecher, McManus, even Alverez. Keep watching.

He is without a doubt the most repulsive character I have ever seen in any movie or TV show. And that stupid hat made it worse. He was tolerable when he was pretending to be changed.
shareThe actor playing him was actually a male fashion model and didn't have much acting experience other than a few small parts in other stuff. In my opinion his acting got much, much better later on. The writers added more dimension to his character and you cut to see his cunning edge.

shareSo true. And his acting range really grew and grew. If you've ever seen him in the Monk episode, "Mr. Monk and the African Man", you simply can't believe the actor is the same man who portrays Adabisi.

Also the guy that plays Tobias was in an episode of "Masters of Horror", which I didn't realize until I watched it a second time after watching "Oz".
Man, so many good actors in that show.
