But he didn't actually punch through the wall, he had been gouging out a hole for a while. He punched through the last inch or so.

That and if it has been a while the gouging is easy to forget. I only remembered because I just watched it.

In case anyone reads this and is interested, it's actually the 8th episode of the fourth season. The guy's also not that big.
