Just rewatched again...is cop on screen at beginning actor Paul Le Mat?

Every time I watch this movie I swear the cop they show on the screen during the narration when they show the boys at the beginning looks like actor Paul Le Mat. He's not in the credits at all, not even as 'uncredited' but sometimes a friend of director or such will do a scene and go without credit. Has anyone else noticed the Paul Le Mat resemblance?
