What episode are we up to in the UK (mornings on C4)

On imdb, it doesnt have descriptions for each episode so i dont know what episode i am up to as i watch it every morning on C4

Does anyone know ??

I know it is season 7 since Vicky is in it, but i wanna know how many more episodes till the last one
