The Coonskin Cap

Quite an enjoyable episode, but seriously flawed in places. First of all, why would the killer's hair look like a cap when it was tied up? Isn't it more likely they would assume the shadow was of a woman with her hair in a pony tail?

The worst bit though was Heather's murder. If you feel your flak jacket inflating, here's a thought. Why don't you just unzip the front and take it off?
