Can we just forget those terrible-not creepy-or-interesting Season 5 episodes never happened?

Yes, I think the 2016 special is the best one since 2004.

Did you not think 2009's "The Grinning Man" was also an excellent episode (albeit a little on the long side)?

I wouldn't say excellent, but it was pretty good even if it was to long. Still this was certainly a return to form.

Just watched it I thoroughly enjoyed that, I have only seen this and the 2014 3 episodes but this was the best one of those 4.

Alan Davies and Sarah Alexander were really good in this and the plot was very inventive, I could never have guessed the outcome of it all, it was really clever, imagine this was how good it was int the 90's.

Top quality stuff I have really missed this.
