I'm confused...

Supposedly, Johnny Bravo is still voiced by the same voice actor, but on my DirecTV listing, it shows "Dwayne Johnson." Is Dwayne Johnson actually voicing Johnny Bravo now, or is it just some kind of screw-up because of the movie?
