Years ago, I was distracted while watching this episode, and I missed a link in the story. Somehow this has kept bothering me ever since.
So here we are...
At one point, Mac is held in custody at the police station.
Gap.
We see him escape from the police station disguised in a cop's uniform.
Question : How did he get the uniform?

If I remember correctly he was held in the cell with two terrorists. After arguing they decided to work together to get out of the cell. They started a fight and when the guard came in they assaulted him and took his uniform.
I watched it a long time ago so I don't remember the details, but I hope this helps.
