Cliff O'Malley is the funniest jerk ever to appear in a teen comedy. Even the great Steve Stifler can't compare to the almighty Cliff! If you're with me, gimme a "hell yeah"!

Stifler was funny in the first TWO American Pies, then they turned him RETARDED in American Wedding.

But yes, Cliff is much better. One of the most hilarious performances I have seen.

The big differene between the two is that Cliff seemed to be ruled by his impulses which is kind of innocent. However, Stifler just seems to have a lot of unresolved issues.
