Does anyone know if there is or will be a DVD/Blu-Ray of the series with all the original music? I have a few seasons on DVD but they not only changed the theme song, they also changed alot of the songs used in the individual episodes. For example, I remember watching the episode, "Four Scary Stories" when it originally aired and at the end, the scene with Jen at the radio station, the song Sweet Dreams by Marilyn Manson was playing. But they changed it to some other song for the DVD version. I was so pissed that they messed with the music because they did it alot throughout the show for the DVD and now that they are re-airing it. Just wondering if we will be able to relive the original Creek with all the original music. It would be nice. I don't know why they had to change a good thing into a crappy thing.

It will never happen. The music rights are prohibitively expensive and the demand for such a product is miniscule. I have been a Dawson's fan since the first episode aired and used to have the whole series on tapes from when it re-ran on TBS in 03-04, so I was pissed when I got rid of the VHS tapes after they released season 1.

Only time I've encountered them with original music since then was in 2016. Some guy uploaded every episode with the original music (though a few of the files were broken and unwatchable) ripped from some European broadcast of them. That's out there if you're able to track down the torrent. It also has nearly every promo and some episodes are in widescreen. The quality isn't DVD. It perfectly watchable.

Do you have any of these episodes? I missed the boat when the guy on Fanforum was providing links to it back in 2015 and don't think he has been back on that board in well over a year. Someone more recently posted a link to S4 with original music but the link seems to have gone down. I will keep looking and hopefully find it one day.
