Comic Book Commercial

Does anyone else remember the TV advertisement for the Cow and Chicken comic book where Chicken, dressed up in a superhero outfit, jumps into a comic book shop run by The Red Guy and says "I am Captain Cluck! I wanna be in this here comic book of yours!" The Red Guy asks if he has any special powers, gadgets or a secret weapon. Chicken tries and fails to demonstrate various things including
a gadget watch that malfunctions, before saying something like "As a matter of fact, I do!" We then hear Supercow calling out her name, she then lands on The Red Guy and crushes him, and chicken says "A 400 pound sidekick!"
