The SAME EXACT humor as Ren & Stimpy. I would understand if this was made by Spumco but it wasn't.
shareI bet if I went to the ren and stimpy board, I'd find someone saying they copy off of some other show before its time. Also, could you give me examples of how they "copied" ren and stimpy? You make it seem like ren and stimpy invented dark comedy, or something. Even if they did (highly unlikely, to the point of being impossible), it's just a genre. Until you bring evidence that they actually copied r&s, the most you can say is they inspired C&C (which may, or may not be true).
If you're going to reply, please don't list stupid things like "The main characters are animals". Give legit examples.
Very true. The Ren & Stimpy Show has obviously influenced many cartoons over the years. Even Spongebob Squarepants takes some cues from it. There's nothing wrong with a show having influences, I think Spongebob and Cow and Chicken stand on their own.
