My only Minor Complaint about this series

I think they relied on action too much at times; I really liked the brooding and dialogue driven moments of "Batman: The Animated Series". I know why there was more action, because there were more crime fighting characters other than Batman (Robin came and went in the original series), but at points the action sequences exhausted me.
Overall, I really like the show, and for the most part don't mind the character redesigns (looked to me like Harley Quinn, Two-Face, Alfred, Bullock, and Montoya were unchanged). For example: Batman looks good to me, I liked Nightwing, I feel Robin looks like he should (not that the original Robin didn't), Commissioner Gordon is more gaunt but he is also aging anyway, I'm glad Killer Croc is green, Poison Ivy has a toxic glow, The Penguin is spiffy, a cool looking Bane, Mad hatter looks more "Alice In Wonderland", but...I liked the previous Joker (didn't care for the beady eyes), I'm on the fence with Catwoman (I prefer brunettes, but I think she's TOO streamlined), and The Ventriloquist seemed a bit off to me (sort of like "Peanuts" meets Wally from "Dilbert"). One final note: I didn't include The Riddler because he was barely involved in the series.
