BEST GUEST STARS!!!

I do love Ally McBeal, like many others on this forum it's the first seasons that I prefer but my favorite characters were always Nell and Larry.

Although I did have some guest star favorites:-

Josh Groban - wondering singing voice
Wilson Cruz - sad storyline
Jonn Ritter - love him and anything that he was in
Richard Schiff - the guy wanted to give up his heart
Sting - just for that moment singing with Larry
Tracey Ullman - best therapist ever
Dylan McDermott - gorgeous eye candy for Season One
Jami Gertz - funny and querky
Kyra Sedgwick - a clever dual personality performance
John Michael Higgins - second best therapist ever

Do you have any??

I loved Alexandra Holden as Jane Wilco. Really the only time I can remember Richard falling for a nice girl! Too bad she disappeared after Season 4.

Kyra Sedgwick's performance was amazing. I can't believe she wasn't nominated for an Emmy for that one. What a hard role and she nailed it.

And I gotta give kudos to Lisa Edelstein for playing the transwoman Cindy. She did it with grace and dignity, I really admired that.

I don't care about money. I just want to be wonderful. - Marilyn Monroe

I'm in the middle of a rewatch, so I'm sure I'll have more, but I think Tracey Ullman is absolutely fabulous. Kate Jackson is great in one of the earliest eps as newscaster Barbara Cooker. it cracks me up when they use one of her old Charlie's Angels photos in the courtroom. Wilson Cruz couldn't be more perfect in a very sad episode as the ill-fated Stephanie. John Ritter is simply wonderful. And Jesse L. Martin plays my fave love interest for Ally not named Larry Paul.

Oops, forgot Dylan McDermott! My other fave Ally love interest not named Larry Paul. They're hot together!
