Gay Character in 1996

I was very surprised to see the scene where the FBI boss Jason was implied to be gay. The scene where Vinnie goes into Jason's house in time to see some stud putting his shirt on before he slips into the shadows. Then Jason's putting his clothes on the rest of the scene.

I was surprised they had a mostly non-stereotypical gay character who was also a full on macho jerk in 1996.

Did anyone else interpret Jason's character this way?

I found this on the Sleuth channel the other day. I was completely taken aback and immediately thought "wow, he's gay!" when Vinnie walks into his boss's house (Jason) and a hunky good looking guy is finishing dressing leaving.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.

I guess the biggest surprise is that the movie didn't make a big hairy deal about it. Kind of like finding out someone takes cream and sugar with their coffee.

Unless they were trying to imply, here is more "proof" that Jason is "off".

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

Congratulations on missing a very simple point. The poster was pointing out that just as there was evidence that he had had sex with a man, there was the exact same evidence that he had had sex with a woman. Conclusion: bisexual.

You're one of these people who don't know how to follow simple logic, and your fanatical emotions cloud your thinking. I have no doubt that you'll tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about in this thread, even though all I've done is explain very clearly the earlier poster's simple point.

It should be against the law to use "LOL" unless you really did LOL!
