It is a crying shame that more people don't know about this movie. It's next to impossible to find any information about it, much less to find fellow fans. I live in Canada, so I otherwise have no exposure to New Zealand films. I first saw snippets of this movie on tv randomly one day and it absolutely blew me away. I spent months searching the Internet for more info until I found out the tape was actually on Amazon, and I got myself a copy immediately. It's one of the most beautiful films ever made in my opinion. It makes me cry every time. Toby and Nikki did an incredible job acting, and I wish, I wish, I wish I could see more of them!!!

Anyone else have something to say about this movie?

I also love The whole of the Moon, im from México. Somehow, every time i watch it makes me feel like i must go on to make my dreams true O____O. I also searched more of the movie but i could only find that Duncan Stuart writted a book. Im from Mexico too

I saw this movie few days ago and oh heaven its so cute , with a message about survive with illnes so sad like cancer and why not mention the true about "bestfriends" .

i live in NZ atm and we just read the book in english and i was looking for a quote online and this page came up. i didn't know it was made into a film and i want to see it now. 'cause the book was really good.
