Is this the movie where.....

I remember renting this on my 13th birthday back in '98. Thought it looked OK until my friends and I watched it.

Quick question - is this the movie where in the end, the editor of this film just kept cutting to the same image of a werewolf "roaring", and then the bad guy just succumbs to barely any physical contact?

Yeah, the evil Yuri kept throwing his arms up over his face and suddenly they were unbelievably bloody. And one of the SOL crew says: "He's cutting himself with his own wristwatch!"
