A luv tale never saw it before but I heard about it a long time ago in one of my black magazines. Tichina Arnold is in it and her love interest is some biracial/light skinned black actress named Angela Means. She kind of looks like Paula Patton. I think she was in House Party 3.
It's close but no cigar, but there's another one with dark skinned Indian women. The same woman from Mississippi Massala. You have to look up the movie and look up her name, it's Choudry something or another.
She Hate Me masquerades as a lesbian movie, but it's really from the male's fantasy perspective, not so much how real lesbian relationships are.
Stranger Inside, I think has a main character that's a lesbian, Cheryl Dunye wrote that one too.
Um, there's this one that I saw way back in the day called Circles. There's two fine black women on the cover, but it's actually a Hispanic or Italian woman and a black woman (interracial). And again, it starts off one thing but ends in a male fantasy type of way. I think they're more bi then gay, just like in She Hate Me.
