It's called Douha Alia by Cheb Mami, possibly with some input from Cheb Khaled.
You should be able to find the mp3 in the Rai sections of world music download sites. It was a fairly big hit in France and the Maghrebin countries, so it'll probably show up on a few Rai compilation cds from the early to mid nineties too..
