When Tally says Bucky was going to collect on the favor she owed him...what exactly did she do? Did she sleep with him?

I think it was her asking her current boss to hire Warren. Her giving Bucky another job b(to be Warrens "agent") I guess was a favor

Yeah that confused me too. I thought she was the one owing favours since Bucky brokered her big break. I guess at that point in the story, Tally was becoming a big player and a rising star. If Bucky wanted to continue being her agent, then he had to start granting her favours.
