lenticular 3D image as VHS cover art

I saw this as a rented VHS tape and the comment about the lenticular 3D image reminded me of the cover art for the video--it was a lenticular 3D image where Uncle Sam would change from normal appearance to undead thing depending on how you looked at it.

Is there anything about the posters being used as cover art for the VHS boxes?
