I can't think of anything he's not been annoying in.
Maybe in Patch Adams.
Oh, so annoying as Capote (that voice!!!)....UGH, so annoying as that tabloid reporter in Red Dragon.
Annoying....but funny in Along Came Polly.

It makes me happy as its one of the very few Midwest movies. The Severe weather part is pretty overblown, but I've known every one of the character types portrayed in the movie at one point in my life.

No but I could find one on a farm pretty easily if you wanted to go cow tipping.
