That new Amanda Bynes flick "She's the Man" is actually based on this! It said in the small print on the trailer.

Yeah they use the same names (sort of)
Sebastien and Viola are the twins
Viola crossdresses to take her brothers place
Viola falls for a guy named "Duke" who is in love with Olivia
while Olivia loves Sebastien
however, they threw in an ex girlfriend for the real Sebastien and an ex boyfriend for Viola ...
and the movie takes place at "Illyria" high school

You have to get the DVD, it shows how they added all of these little tributes to Shakespeare. (For example- when Viola first gets to Illyria, when she's walking around, there's a poster board for auditions for this play called "What You Will" and there's a pic of Will Shakespeare.)

"What You Will" is the alternate title for Twelfth Night, as in Twelfth Night, or What you Will.
