I did not see the film that is so hated by the commenters, but I did notice that James Burke ( http://imdb.com/name/nm0121708/ ) is credited somewhere.

His British TV documentary series, "The Day the Universe Changed", "Connections" and "Connections 2" were very interesting from a historical point of view and not a quite boring lecture from the TV.

Now, I don't expect many IMDB board members to have the patience to listen to much more than explosions seen from multiple angles, teen-level social angst activity or brain-dead, so-called "reality programming", but I guess I'm like "Old man yells at cloud".

I just learned of james burke through my Technology and Society class. we've been watching a few of his videos.
