Yeah, that's not a reference to Reservoir Dogs. I read some interviews with Steve Buscemi and he mentioned that at a test screening of his film he heard a teenager mention to his friend, 'I liked the R.D. reference with the men in suits'. The fact is they were just normal people, not even extras. It was just a coincedence. At the time of the test screening he was having problems getting the movie distributed since the studio were unhappy with some of the film (especially the ending), and when he heard that he just shook his head thinking they're not getting this film.
