The scene where the old drunk has his glass filled with ice and then more booze, followed by a scene where there is no ice in the glass, was meant to show passage of time. Apparently, it did not work for everyone.
shareThis happens alot, keep in mind the people reporting the "goofs" are normal everyday people. Passage of time is often considered as a goof on here.

no sorry it is a goof. The guy is poured a shot over ice and appears to be drinking it immediately, but if you look closely there is just no ice in the glass. I don't buy that this was to show passage of time because it isn't easy to spot, and the editing doesn't allow for time to have passed either.
