Music PLEASE HELP!!

Hi everyone!

(I desperately hope that someone somehow gets to read this post...)

This is my question:
Does anyone know the title/origin of the music that is played when you start the game and the first screen comes up - that screen with all the option buttons (start new game, load saved game, etc.) and the evil looking clown on the right side ?

I think it must be some movie soundtrack. But which movie?

Does anyone know?
It would be soo cool if you could help me!

I really really want to know, so even if you should NOT know, please send someone here who might know...

damn, I registered into the IMDB to get entrance to this post, as I, like you, am just as curious about this!!
I've been searching for Toonstruck's music on and off for years now and till today.. never found any credits or who made it or where to find it or whatsoever.

I hope I'm not dissapointing you TOO much with a first reply to your post in three years without an actual answer.. at least now you know you're not alone ;)

Me too! I have to know the title of the song that plays in the castle... I will post here, if I find anything.

KeepKev = you are amazing!

Hadn't mentioned it before, but I too had spent a good few years trying my best to hunt the music down. Seriously, THANK YOU!

If I could, I would buy you a great many pints, or whatever beverage is to your preference! :P

are you referring to the palace at the beginning of the game, or the marchy, epic kind of tune at the end of the game in the bad guy's HQ? Because THAT surely is NOT on the list, and I've been looking for that for years now. and also, what gives for not listing the music credits??? or where they got the music from? it sux. :(

Edit: in case it matters to anybody, I found out that it's called 'The War Machine' by Richard Harvey.

Here's a list that has some of the titles and composers of some of the songs:

Hi folks!

Dunno if this could help some of you, but I managed to find that At least 2 of the toonstruck (Wacme (Exteriors) & the Zanydu theme) are on an album called "Music for tv dinners" I just bought to get those excellent theme songs ^^
http://www.amazon.com/Music-TV-Dinners-Various-Artists/dp/B000000IAW

- Wacme (Exteriors) is "Happy Go Lively" by LAURIE JOHNSON.
- The Zanydu theme is "Workaday World" by JACK BEAVER.

You may find other cool songs on this cd, same type of 50's music!

One of the Nefarious's Dongeon theme is clearly from Hitchcock's Psycho.

In the game you also can hear well known classical music:

- Tchaikovsy's "Nutcracker" in the Smiley King's castle (The cellar)
- Part of Rossini's "William tell", is the Scarecrow theme
- Another Rossini classic, 'Thieving Magpie' in The Town Center
- Beethoven's "Pastoral Symphony" is the Barn's Exteriors

By the way, for each and every song that isn't in the list, just rip them from the game itself using Game audio Player on the .mus files on the CDs (ex: for the castle's cellar theme "[CD]\ACT1\CELLAR\BCC810.MUS")

Do you have any idea how the number that's played in Nefarious' study is called?
I love that song!
I'd love to have a high quality version of it!
