Music Problem...

Hi all,
We have a few people here who sound very familiar with the soundtrack of this game. Would anyone be able to tell me the name of the piece used in the scene when the characters Drew and Flux are in prison, it's a minor scherzo in 3/8. I know that this is a famous classical piece, as I've heard it also on an episode of Ren and Stimpy (Ren's Toothache).
