though i really liked the client and the firm i liked this more than the client and id say the firm too. anyone agree? the performances are excelent im suprised no oscar noms for acting.

Fantastic cast in this movie, but for my money I'd go for a toss-up between The Firm and The Rainmaker.

It was also the best book, the Runaway Jury (book) had the best ending tho.

I agree. This movie is absolutely amazing. All the performances were spot-on. MM and SLJ should've gotten oscars noms. I just watched it again and it stirs up my emotions every. Single. Time.

No, The Firm and even the Pelican Brief are better than this film.
