I trully loved this film! Wonderful characters(Specially Worm, played by Takeshi Kaneshiro), great story, amazing music, beautiful lanscapes and a lovely ending! It deserves a messege board! :)

Does anyone have any idea why this movie apparently has never been released in the west?
The only factors I can think of would be:
lack of car chases
lack of exquisite special effects
lack of steamy sex
sincere characters speaking to each other sincerely
Hollywood has forgotten how to tell credible stories about characters who have enough dimension to feel real. They have also forgotten that there is an audience for such stories, which is why I buy so many Asian movies, and see so little that comes out of Hollywood now.

it`s a masterpiece but hollywood should make movies like this one
