Why did Angela react that way the first time she saw Bosco?

That was one of the most unrealistic and weird things in the movie. Why the hell would she freak out like that and start running away from him? He had a camera, yes, but a lot of people have cameras. I understand she was shaken by the tape she had watched and on the look-out for the potential killer, but it is completely irrational to just assume the first person you lay eyes on who happens to have a camera is the killer. It would be understandable to get a faint suspicion, but not to actually freak out and start running just because he happens to walk behind you. She was admittedly right about him being the killer, but it was pure coincidence. Female intuition put aside, it was pure luck. Not only was it weird and hard to believe anyone would react that way, it was also stupid because if you really think you've seen the killer, the best thing would be to act cool. You don't want him noticing you and realizing that you might be on to him. Her nervous reaction is what drew his attention towards her.

Another unrealistic thing is that she would walk in on her dead professor and her first reaction would be to steal the tape and run off without alerting anyone to that she had found him dead. If she wanted the tape so bad, she could have replaced the tape with something else and then gone to the police. I don't buy that a young, innocent college student like that would do something like this. And the fact that she wouldn't hand the tape over to the police even after she realized it was a snuff movie with the murder of a disappeared college student. I mean, the idea of trying to investigate something like that yourself is ridiculous to me. No one would do that. Once you realized the gravity of the situation you would hand the tape over to the police. You could even lie about where you found it if you don't want any trouble, but for the love of God don't try to play detective on your own.

And please don't give the same old 'it's a movie, it doesn't have to be realistic or make sense'. I'm sorry, but I have a brain and I refuse to check it at a door just because I'm watching a movie. I mean, would you have thought it was okay if Angela had started to tap dance when the lights went out in the basement? No, because that would be a pretty unrealistic and silly reaction to the situation and we want the characters to act realistically.

Also, I wonder what happened to her keys that she lost? They probably fell out of her purse when she was being chased by Bosco. Angela has a nightmare about Bosco using the keys to sneak into her house at night, but that was as stated, just a dream. So what did happen to her keys?

And why did Bosco and Chema fall out? They used to be friends but stopped speaking to each other. Why? Was there ever any explanation?

I'd like to add lastly, that I did like this film and thought it was pretty good, with the exception of a few things that I had a hard time buying.

Yes and no. Her reactions were strange, but the filmmakers did that on purpose so that we could analyse her. She's not a very normal person. We see that from the beginning, where she has a fascination with violence.

Her reaction to the dead professor is somewhat related to that. In an earlier scene, she says that she's never seen a dead body, and she was curious at to how it would be. That's why she doesn't scream. And she takes the tape because she thinks it must be a very particular tape to kill someone.

Her reaction to BOSCO is just plain paranoia, which gets worse as the movie progresses.

She did loose them during the chase. He grabbed them. After this, he agrees to an interview. He must've given them back so that she wouldn't suspect of him.

CHEMA said that, once you get to know him, you see that there's something wrong with him.

Well explained. But the keys are a mystery, because in the end I do not think it is properly explained who made the tapes of Angela in her home. If Bosco made them, it makes sense. But if Chema made them, then it might suggest some kind of undercurrent sinister arrangement with Bosco (Chema wasn't particularly good at picking locks remember?).

Bosco didn't just have any camera. He had THE camera, the one that is no longer made and no longer commonplace. Very few people still owned that type of camera, so it narrows it down.

^^ Exactly. He didn't have any camera, he had the kind of camera used for the tape, and he was a student at the university which meant he probably knew her (and we know the victim knew the killer), so she had every reason to suspect him, and not just a little.

Now, it WAS stupid of her to run away instead of acting cool, because A. she was in a place full of people, which was obviously safer than running away to a lonely place, and B. Because as far as they knew, the killer didn't know they had the tape, and this would obviously make him suspect she would have it. Though, since the teacher is involved, there's a good chance Bosco knew already then she had the tape. Now he would have known she suspected him though.
