shareTry Mute Witness (1994) it is an odd little film that deals heavily in the snuff genre of sorts. Keep in mind though this film is a collaboration of things. Its a tense horror thriller, with heavy moments of comedy (which in my opinion helps), and also a bit of a spy film towards the end. This may sound a little odd, but it works very well in its favor. I saw the film recently and absolutely loved it.

Yes, I think you are talking about Mute Witness (1994), the film is mentioned a couple of messages up. I think it was not entirely subtitled, some parts were in english.
