T2 3-D Question

At the risk of feeling like a complete idiot I am going to say I have only just heard that this movie existed.

Can anyone tell me if it is a completely different movie than the T2 I know and love or not?

Yeah, it apparently follows the original T2 up to a point, then somehow they end up going through a time rift into the future. This way, they can have all the cool stuff from the future in the hunt for John as well.

its a "ride" at universal, it takes place a few years later John and His Mom are trying to blow up a building and the T1000 comes back to get them Arnold also returns to take john to the future to destroy machines and stuff in the future, All in 3d and they have actors come out and do fighting and stuff around you, to make it even more 3d all original cast.... IT WAS AMAZING

I've been to America a few times and have watched the 3-D show twice at Universal Studios. The 3-D show is not taken from the movie T2 but it is a short movie/theatrical experience that involves the same characters. All I can suggest is, if you ever get the chance, to go see it!!! I loved it!!!

its a short stunt show/3d movie that takes place after the events of T2 but before T3 but it really doesn't say what happened before hand other then terorists tried to blow up cyberdyne but with the black ice system cyberdyne was able to back up the files, so says kim.
