My favorite attraction at Universal! Good choice my friend. =) Without giving any of the plot away, I will let you know some of the things to expect on this attraction. First, when you enter in the first holding room, you will be shown a 5 minute or so preshow which will fill you in on the plot of the attraction on two screens. The screens are about the same as watching something on a giant regular tv. Once inside the auditorium, you will be seated, and told to put on your 3D Glasses, which might make your friend motion sick if she easily gets sick from wearing those types of glasses, which can "blur" your vision. Once the show starts, you will see 3D images from 3 screens mixed with live actors for a 20 minute or so show. I myself can get motion sick easily, but I haven't had a problem with this attraction. The seats do not move with the attraction, so that should help some. Hope you have fun! Do have your friend avoid The Simpson's ride though, that can be brutal.

It's only the ginormous screens that make her sick though, oddly enough. Even the "smaller" 3D effects like Spiderman don't bother her for some reason. I guess we'll skip this one lol

They normally run this attraction off and on throughout the day. Maybe go on it first, and see if it's not that bad. If you are a fan of the Terminator franchise, this is something you don't want to miss. There is a lot of Terminator style humor(Kimberly Duncan, the tour guide lady is worth going to this just for her), and the auditorium is air conditioned, so it feels great to be able to sit for 20 minutes, especially after walking all day. If you've been on the Shrek attraction at Universal, this is comparable to that.
