Did anybody else think Kain bared a similar objective and madness supposedly like the counteractor from the OVA. I know there are alot of differences between the two, but does anyone else see some similarities?
shareYeah they were similar in their appearance slightly like a liquid solid type elastic form or whatever..... but you never knew why the countereactor from the ova motives were i mean wasn't she related to one of the three goddesses and what was with her recognizing the second tenchi? what was that about ?
shareWell the counter actor from Tenchi OVA was basically Sasami and Ayeka's mom, Misaki I believe her name is.
Her motives were to stop Tokimi and kill her for all the chaos she cause in the future or something. It's not fully explained yet.
As for her recognizing Tenchi it's only natural as she met Tenchi when she Funaho and the Jurai Emperor visited. Apparently now though we know she harbors an attraction to Tenchi, perhaps like she did with Yosho, or maybe this attraction is something more.
ok but i guess i shold have been clear she recognized tenchi .... he was able to calm her down but not the please of her own daughter thats wierd and caos caused in the future ? hmm ... do you think they should make another tenchi ova or maybe make like 8 more eps for hello ryo ohki ?

I hope they continue with the OVA as it has alot of potential, but it should take some time to adjust to this new cast of characters, and a bit more back story. OVA3 really just threw us into a situation, with new characters had two dissapear in the same episode that they first appeared and we never saw em untill the final episode of OVA 3. We don't really know what Misaki and Tenchi's relationship means, or how and why they become the things they are in the future. We only know that Tenchi is a higher life form, possibly higher then Tokimi, Tsunami, and Washu. While Misaki is the polar opposite and the only one who can counter act the chausin's powers.
So really in short, we don't know the whys, and the hows.
I agree with that i mean after the z episode it just opened up this whole new can of worms with new possibility and alot of questions for me .

Of course I would love to see them continue the series, more so than another alternate universe series, we have enough of those I think. But the thing is we don't know how far in the future this second tenchi and Misaki story begins, it could be 1 year or 500 years or even further down the pike.
