Dubbed voices

I know Elliott Spiers's voice was dubbed as his mother said so on his board (he was too ill to do the looping in post production.) Was Katja's voice also dubbed? It just doesn't sound right when she speaks. I figured being German she would at least speak English with an accent (?) unless she grew up speaking English. Does anyone know if her voice was dubbed by another actress?
