One of the cheesiest movies I've ever seen

But I was suprised that I kept liking watching it. You can't even explain, its cheesy and parts don't make sense but it's good.

How do they keep getting away with all the murders and what not though?

It's on Netflix Instant Streaming and I cannot stop watching it.

Denver Broncos- Believe in Mile High Magic

i just finished watching it on netflix also. i cant explain it but ive always liked this movie.

I'm watching it on the toilet while it's streaming on Netflix. Modern technology makes my life so classy!

So I see that you are pretty cool because you love the Broncos, but you also like the Dodgers? That's no good with them fans being worse than the students in this movie, stomping people to vegitables/death.

reply

Yeah, I started this movie on a whim and couldn't stop watching. What an awesome movie.

it was like the high school I went to

reply

Those high schools never existed.

Definitely a good movie in spite of some flaws. I also agree that it has a cheesiness factor to it. But, still a good watch and it has a decent soundtrack. I watched it for the first time in probably 5 years last night on Amazon Prime. ;)

There's a lot of words I would use to describe this film but cheesy would not be one of them.

^^This. Not cheesy whatsoever!

I thought the roll credits scene was cheesy. -- 3 cop cars arrive in front of the school. 4 dead bodies surround a car and no cop notices the only other car on the block's brakes light up (to put it in drive), 6 car lengths away, in the dark, and drives away.

I agree, cheezy but fun nonetheless.

It looks & feels like an 80s flick.

reply

It has the decadence of the 80's flick for sure. Not until the girls at the classroom were doing the Macareba and I saw Marc Anthony and Tuco I thought it was filmed in the 80's.

You have been CRURNED!

Just started watching this movie and I'm already contemplating cancelling the rest of my plans for the day?

The cast helps a lot. Berenger and yes, Hudson are both badly underrated actors. Pad that out with Guzman, Forsythe, Brooks, Cruz, and even a young Marc Anthony and they help gloss over the weaknesses in the script.
