I mean, honestly, what is it supposed to be?

Comedy? - See Dilbeck
Drama? - See the Mother-daughter plot
Detective Story? See the Armand Assante side
Erotic? - Talk about striptease

It is so mixed up that besides Reynolds, I don't think there is any point even bothering to watch this movie.
