Deleted Scene?

The first time I saw this movie, it was on network television where they censor things and sometimes add additional scenes to fill in time. During the Home Alone spoof, I recall one of the goons noticing that the doorknob was heated and used a baseball glove to open it. Then in the next room, they noticed tacks on the floor and swept them aside. When they enter the next room, a toolbox falls and misses them. I saw the film on Starz yesterday, and the scene cut right to the toolbox. Were the doorknob and tack gags removed from the final cut, but added into network showings? That's the only conclusion I can make.
