While the film is not very good, that line alone stops it from being the worst movie ever.

i think the worst movie ever is nothing but trouble, it has a great cast john candy chevy and more but it just sucks i was waiting for it to get better but it never did

It could be Austin Powers. Now all of the movies in that series stunk IMO.
I actually found Spy Hard rather humorous at times. Austin Powers on the other hand turned me off after the first 15 minutes. Something coming out of the rear of Bob's Big Boy statue is the worst thing I have ever seen.
I think this one is pretty bad. But like you mentioned Austin Powers can be a waste of time as well as Bio Dome. I saw a few minutes of Bio Dome when I was young and even back then I realized what a terrible movie it was.

shareyou're wrong simply because this isn't even the worst Leslie Nielsen movie. Anyone who has seen "2001: A Space Travesty" would agree with me on that one. There is a statistic out there that says that more people stabbed their eyes out with forks because of "2001: A Space Travesty" then any other movie in history

Oh god i so wanted to forget this movie lol, Spy Hard I thought was pretty funny, Scary movie 1 and 2 were good and even 3 was ok..then after that its just bad...if you wanna talk about bad movies try sitting through date movie or epic movie, i felt brain cells actually poping in my head. And the upcoming Meet the Spartans looks...BAD so this is far from the worst movie trust me. Or try anything Uwe Boll or Paul WS Anderson pump out
