MGH: Ugh. I hated doing that movie. [Laughs.] It was, I thought, going to be an opportunity to have a lot of fun, but it was just chaos and, uh, not so much fun. And not so funny. I mean, Leslie [Nielsen] was great, but it was really his show, and it was just… very chaotic. Behind schedule, over budget. People mention her to me, but I’ve never really seen the movie. All I know is that she was supposed to be sexy, and I don’t know if she even was.

Marcia doesn't seem to get much credit/attention for her sex appeal because she's always been more of a character actress.

The best thing about Spy Hard was all the spy babes!

My personal favorite was Talisa Soto as Desiree More (woman in hotel room) :)

But I agree that Marcia is a seriously underrated hottie. I wish they'd devoted more time to her and Rancor together and we could see her acting all evil and sexy!

It's kind of telling that if you go to Marcia's official website, there's virtually no mention of Spy Hard (and yet, she's seemingly not too ashamed to be associated w/ Fifty Shades of Grey):

Nor Marcia doesn't seem to be any more embarrassed about appearing in Flubber w/ Robin Williams, Welcome to Mooseport (which sent Gene Hackman into retirement), or the Bad News Bears remake w/ Billy Bob Thornton.
